It is always miraculous to me how the Lord just has things come together.
For example last week as I was sending an email to my pastor, he replied to me and said it was coincidence (Not!) that the verses in my email were exactly what was being talked about that evening at bible study.
Another great opportunity was answered by the Lord. Of course it wasn't how I had planned it. Is it ever? But it always turns out for the best.
I have been praying about an opportunity for mission work from home. Writing to a prisoner is something that has been weighing on my heart, but of course there are concerns for my family there.
Yesterday, I am looking and reading through information from individuals that have experience with this opportunity. I am preparing myself finally for the plunge into prison ministry.
My husband makes a phone call to our son's friend and finds out that our son has been in jail since December and he is expected to stay there for at least 6 months until his court date or possibly longer if convicted.
This is a huge blessing to us for our son has gone astray from the Lord. This was a huge blessing to me because this was my ministry opportunity.
Blessed be His Holy Name.
